How Paylenerix collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

This Privacy Policy is issued in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, "LFPDPPP"), published in the Diario Oficial de la Federación on July 5, 2010, and its Regulations.

Paylenerix collects the following categories of personal data when you interact with our website or contact us directly:

  • Identification data: full name
  • Contact data: email address, telephone number
  • Communication data: the content of messages you send via our contact form
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referral URLs, collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies

We do not collect sensitive personal data (datos personales sensibles) as defined under Article 3, Section VI of the LFPDPPP, such as racial or ethnic origin, health status, religious beliefs, or biometric data.

Your personal data is processed for the following primary purposes, which are necessary for the provision of our educational services:

  • Responding to inquiries submitted through the contact form
  • Providing information about upcoming workshops, webinars, and educational events
  • Scheduling and administering personalized advisory sessions
  • Sending educational materials requested by users
  • Maintaining records of session participation for educational continuity

Secondary purposes (which you may opt out of without affecting the primary service) include:

  • Sending periodic educational newsletters and updates about new sessions
  • Conducting internal analysis to improve program content and delivery

If you do not wish your data to be used for secondary purposes, please send a written request to info@paylenerix.com.

Processing of your personal data is carried out on the following legal bases under the LFPDPPP:

  • Consent: when you submit the contact form and check the privacy checkbox, you provide express consent for processing for the stated purposes
  • Contractual necessity: processing necessary to deliver educational services you have requested
  • Legitimate interest: processing of technical data for website security and performance improvement, where such interests are not overridden by your rights

You have the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

Paylenerix does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients only to the extent necessary:

  • Technology service providers who host our website and email infrastructure, acting as data processors under confidentiality agreements
  • Analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) for website performance measurement, subject to your cookie consent choices
  • Competent authorities, when required by applicable Mexican law or valid legal order

Any transfer of personal data to processors outside Mexico is carried out with adequate safeguards as required by Article 36 of the LFPDPPP, including contractual clauses that ensure equivalent protection standards.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable Mexican law. Specifically:

  • Contact form data is retained for a period of 24 months from the date of submission, unless you request earlier deletion
  • Session participation records are retained for 36 months to support educational continuity
  • Technical and analytics data is retained in accordance with the retention periods set by the respective service providers, typically between 14 and 26 months

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized in a manner that prevents re-identification.

Under the LFPDPPP, you have the following rights regarding your personal data, collectively known as ARCO rights:

  • Access (Acceso): the right to know what personal data we hold about you and how it is being processed
  • Rectification (Rectificación): the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
  • Cancellation (Cancelación): the right to request deletion of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected
  • Opposition (Oposición): the right to object to the processing of your personal data for specific purposes

To exercise any of these rights, submit a written request to info@paylenerix.com including your full name, a copy of an official identification document, a clear description of the right you wish to exercise, and any relevant supporting information. We will respond within 20 business days as required by Article 32 of the LFPDPPP.

Paylenerix implements administrative, technical, and physical security measures appropriate to the nature of the personal data processed and the risks involved, in accordance with Article 19 of the LFPDPPP. These measures include:

  • Encrypted data transmission via HTTPS/TLS protocols
  • Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only
  • Regular review of data handling practices and third-party processor agreements
  • Secure deletion procedures for data that has reached the end of its retention period

While we implement these measures diligently, no system of data transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. In the event of a security breach affecting your rights, we will notify you and the Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales (INAI) in accordance with applicable law.
